1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and Supadrop ("Supadrop", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Supadrop website at https://supadrop.host and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
2. Description of Service
Supadrop is a static website hosting platform that allows users to upload and publish static websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other static files) via a simple drag-and-drop interface.
The Service includes:
- Hosting of static website files
- Free subdomain (yourname.supadrop.host)
- SSL/HTTPS security
- QR code generation
- Website templates to help you get started
- Custom domain connection (paid plans only)
The Service does NOT support:
- Server-side languages (PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Databases
- WordPress or other content management systems
- Dynamic web applications requiring backend processing
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Not have been previously banned from the Service
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.
4. Your Account
4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or circumvent limitations
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify us at support@supadrop.host if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent storage limits, site limits, or other restrictions is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
5. Free Trial and Paid Plans
5.1 Free Trial (supa free)
New users can try the Service with a 15-day free trial that includes:
- 1 website
- 50 MB of storage
- Free subdomain (yourname.supadrop.host)
- SSL certificate
- Unlimited traffic
- QR code generation
- Access to all templates
No credit card is required to start the free trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your site will be taken offline.
5.2 Paid Plans
We offer the following paid plans:
- supa starter — For creators: 2 sites, 500 MB storage, custom domain
- supa pro — For freelancers & pros: 10 sites, 5 GB storage, premium templates
- supa large — For teams & agencies: 30 sites, 20 GB storage, premium templates, priority support
All paid plans include: SSL certificate, unlimited traffic, QR code generation, subdomain, custom domain support, and access to templates.
Features and pricing are subject to change. Current pricing is available at our pricing section.
5.3 Plan Limitations
Each plan has specific limitations on the number of sites and storage capacity. You agree not to exceed these limitations. If you exceed your plan's limits, you may be required to upgrade to a higher plan or reduce your usage.
6. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 Billing
For paid plans:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- We use third-party payment processors; by subscribing, you also agree to their terms
6.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal.
6.3 Price Changes
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@supadrop.host. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
6.5 Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Any other fees paid for the Service
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial months or years of service
- Unused features or storage
- Downgrade to a lower plan
- Account termination for violation of these Terms
7. Your Content
7.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). Supadrop does not claim any ownership over Your Content.
7.2 License to Supadrop
By uploading Your Content to the Service, you grant Supadrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, and display Your Content
- Make Your Content publicly accessible via your subdomain or custom domain
- Create backups of Your Content
- Perform technical operations necessary to provide the Service
This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. We will not sell Your Content or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
7.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your Content, including:
- Ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish it
- Ensuring it complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- Backing up Your Content (we do not guarantee backup availability)
7.4 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. We may also be required to remove content in response to valid legal requests.
8. Prohibited Content and Activities
8.1 Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload, host, or distribute content that:
Illegal Content
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
Harmful Content
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is designed for phishing, scams, or fraud
- Facilitates hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access
Offensive Content
- Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Promotes or glorifies violence or terrorism
- Harasses, bullies, or threatens individuals
Adult Content
- Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
- Contains nudity or sexual content
- Promotes sexual services
Harmful to Minors
- Exploits or endangers minors in any way
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Is designed to groom or solicit minors
Deceptive Content
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive
- Creates fake websites mimicking legitimate businesses (brand impersonation)
8.2 Prohibited File Types
The following file types are NOT permitted:
- Executable files (.exe, .msi, .dmg, .app, .apk, .deb, .rpm)
- Script files designed to run outside a browser (.bat, .cmd, .sh, .ps1)
- Archive files containing prohibited content
8.3 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Circumvent any limitations or restrictions of your plan
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
- Conduct any activity that could damage Supadrop's reputation
8.4 Enforcement
Violation of this Section 8 may result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate
- Legal action to recover damages
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these Terms.
9. Free Trial: Expiration and Data Retention
9.1 Trial Duration
The free trial lasts 15 days from the date of account creation. During this period, you have full access to the features included in the supa free plan.
9.2 What Happens When Your Trial Expires
If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before your trial ends:
- Your site will be taken offline — It will no longer be accessible to visitors
- Your subdomain will be reserved — We will hold your subdomain for 30 days after trial expiration
- Your files will be retained — We keep your files for 30 days after trial expiration
9.3 Reactivating Your Site
To reactivate your site after trial expiration:
- Log in to your Supadrop account
- Subscribe to any paid plan
- Your site and subdomain will be restored automatically
After 30 days following trial expiration, your subdomain may be released and your files may be permanently deleted.
9.4 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions remain active as long as payment is current. Your site will remain online regardless of login frequency, as long as your subscription is active.
9.5 Notification
We will attempt to notify you by email before your trial expires, but we are not obligated to do so. It is your responsibility to subscribe to a paid plan if you wish to keep your site online.
10. Subdomains and Custom Domains
10.1 Subdomain Assignment
When you create a site, you may choose a subdomain (e.g., yourname.supadrop.host), subject to:
- Availability (first-come, first-served)
- Our naming rules (alphanumeric characters and hyphens only, 3-50 characters)
- Not being a reserved or restricted subdomain
10.2 Reserved Subdomains
We reserve certain subdomains for operational purposes, including but not limited to: www, api, admin, app, dashboard, login, register, support, help, mail, blog, status.
10.3 Subdomain Reclamation
We reserve the right to reclaim any subdomain:
- That violates our Terms
- That infringes on trademarks
- That has been inactive (for free accounts)
- For any other reason at our sole discretion
10.4 Custom Domains
Paid plans may connect custom domains. You are responsible for:
- Owning or having rights to use the domain
- Configuring DNS settings correctly
- Ensuring the domain does not infringe on third-party rights
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Supadrop's Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, trademarks, logos, and branding ("Supadrop IP"), is owned by Supadrop and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Supadrop IP
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
11.2 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
12. Third-Party Services
12.1 Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, DNS providers, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
12.2 No Endorsement
Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute endorsement by Supadrop. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPADROP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
- SECURITY OF YOUR CONTENT OR DATA
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will meet your requirements
- The Service will be available at all times
- Any errors will be corrected
- Your Content will be preserved or backed up
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Exclusion of Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPADROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Cost of substitute services
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages arising from interruption or cessation of the Service
14.2 Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPADROP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The amount you paid to Supadrop in the three (3) months preceding the claim
- Fifty US Dollars ($50 USD)
14.3 Basis of the Bargain
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF SUPADROP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supadrop and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Your violation of any applicable law
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.
16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account through the dashboard settings
- Contacting us at support@supadrop.host
Upon termination:
- Your sites will be taken offline
- Your subdomains will be released
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
16.2 Termination by Supadrop
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account is used for prohibited content or activities
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- Sections that by their nature should survive (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive termination
16.4 No Refunds Upon Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.
17. Service Modifications and Discontinuation
17.1 Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes:
- Adding or removing features
- Changing plan offerings or limits
- Updating the user interface
17.2 Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice and allow you to download your content.
17.3 No Liability
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
18.3 Time Limitation
Any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
18.4 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@supadrop.host and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supadrop regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
19.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any rights for any third party.
19.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
19.7 Language
These Terms are written in English. If translated into another language, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
20. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
20.1 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on Supadrop infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@supadrop.host containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
20.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts
20.3 Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
